Denman Theatre & Dance Co. is excited to offer classes, both Acting for Dancers and Dance for Actors.

Are you frustrated with the lack of results you’re getting in the audition room? You ace the dance call but then you have to read sides and you freeze? Or you get past the EPA and then have to move. You’ve spent time and money honing one technique. It’s time to focus on the other.

Specifically designed for ACTORS to explore kinesthetic awareness, rhythm, isolated movement and sequence retention in a safe, creative, and supportive environment.

Instructor:
JEFFRY DENMAN is the Artistic Director of Denman Theatre & Dance Co and is an award-winning actor and choreographer. He has worked on Broadway and off, regionally and Internationally for over 20 years. He is a two time Drama Desk nominee, an Outer Critics Circle, Lucille Lortel, Helen Hayes, Astaire, Callway and LA Ovation nominee and an IRNE, Connecticut Critics Circle, Bistro and Artie Award winner. He has taught acting and dance classes at Broadway Dance Center, NYU, Pace University, The Jim Bonney Acting Studio, UC Irvine, Cal State Fullerton, Wagner College, Taipei Performing Arts Center, Broadway Donation and the University at Buffalo

*There are no discounts or make-ups for student absences. Refunds are only provided if the student cancels 72 hours in advance of the first class. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged. If an instructor cancels a class date due to illness, etc. students will receive an email notification and a make-up will be scheduled.
